This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I thought I'd pop in, you left a comment asking for critique on your artwork on this guy's thread: [link]
I just thought I'd stop by. You've got a pretty neat cartoon style going on here but really no concept of design or figure placement - which is okay. That's stuff we don't generally get to until art classes. At any rate, I'm not much for giving critiques or telling people how to draw because I'm entirely self-taught except for a few semesters in college. I think you've got a good thing going on here, and it's good you're drawing so much.
What sort of style are you trying to aim for? Why are you drawing and what are you trying to communicate other than cute rabbits? ... It occurs to me these questions sound harsh and I really don't mean for them to, but give them some consideration.
Anyway. I thought I'd wave hello and throw in my own nickle.
Mostly I've been trying to get used to drawing with a Wacom, which means I don't really plan out what I'm going to draw, just that I get in the habit of drawing something from scratch every day. They're not supposed to mean anything, hence the title "Wacom Practice."
I'm not really aiming for a certain style either, but rather trying out several different ones until I find one that I really like and could draw repeatedly.
Wacoms are pretty difficult to get used to, to be honest. My traditional medium stuff far surpasses my digital medium stuff. I'd love to get a Cintiq, but they're massively expensive. ;-;
Keep it up. :3 Experimentation in art is always good.
